I hesitated at the thought of after-hours fees, but Tom said, “Join the club, and there won’t be a fee.” Simple and smart. I wholeheartedly recommend Swift Services. Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."

Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased.
