"They were priced well (new water heater) and service was scheduled and completed fast. The technician was very professional. Would highly recommend! Thanks Enoch!!"

"Steve, our technician was honest, upfront and didn't pressure us for anything we didn't need. He showed us what was wrong and gave us an estimate for the repair. Next time, when I have more money, I'll be contacting them to replace with a new unit. My system is a 22year old RUDD and still in great shape. I will be using them for future repairs to my old house."

"The repairmen was very professional and experience in his craft, I was shocked at how fast they responded to my request. It is a known fact that electricians, plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."

"Very professional explained process as he was repairing the leak. When he had to replace the part he would explain to me exactly what he was doing and why in real English not any of this professional mumbo jumbo. excellent job"

"I had a great experience with the team who first came out and identified the reason I had no hot water to the replacement of the water softener which was the problem. I decided to replace the water heater as well because of its age."

"Pro Star agent was very respectful. Could not service my water system so he refunded my money I paid through Angie's List. Did offer a new system but was not pushy. Would use again."

"Employee was very professional and finished the work on the water heater quickly. I declined the toilet repair because the estimate was way too high. Got it repaired by a plumber we have used before for 1/4 the price."

"Legend Plumbing And Septic replaced my water heater on the same day that I called. They were communicative and efficient. Very fair price and prompt service. Would definitely use them again."

"All went as planned and my tenants are happy with the new water heater.  I have used Parker and Sons several times this year. While I sometimes think the price is a little on the high side, it is worth paying for a service I can trust.  They are very responsive and can provide almost any plumbing services, including main sewer line.
