I met with Al Birkenmeier and showed him everything that needed to be repaired. The QUALITY of the materials and work done was impeccable and reminded me of how things use to be done years ago. Bobby, the carpenter, treated me respectfully and didn’t cut corners. Al only uses subcontractors he trusts to do the same quality work and ALL of those subs did exactly that! "This is the second time we’ve hired GA Chott during the past 15 years. We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. We had an inspector ask us about who did the work so that he could contact them for a job in his own home. The quality and attention to detail were incredible. James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale.
