"I hired Eco Friendly Services based on their reviews on Angieslist, Efy One of the technician came by, he was exactly on time, he went Through the home went into the attic and looked on the air handler and then we sat down and he give me a walk-through of what needed to be done price exactly what they said on the phone and I didn’t need any extra work so I gave them the OK, the crew was polite and nice they did all the work and cleaned after them, and where done in the same day I would highly recommend to use them I’m Very pleased and will Definitely use them again if needed."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The technician was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable and helped me understand everything. I called another company the day before and they told me my compressor was bad and it would cost me $3000. I called C&C Myers to get another estimate and he said my compressor was fine and actually fixed the problem when diagnosing it (he just had to tap something with a hammer). He saved me $3000! He also made some good recommendations about how to help the air run more efficiently. I will never use another person as long as I live in Charleston and I am telling all of my friends about your company!

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"SAVED MY 84 y.o. MOM'S & MY DAY/WEEK!! Incredible service! Mom's 84 in Summerville, I live in California... Right off the bat, Sammy, the biz owner, responded, within 5 mins of yelp request. He gave me a price that was flat rate and VERY reasonable. Didn't need to set appt to come (days later) to give an estimated (over-priced) bid. (All via yelp msging) I told him I was going to buy new Rheem water heater at Home Depot. He offered to pick it up to save me the delivery charge and not charge more money!$$$ He could do it same day or next AM. I AGREED. Bought unit online from Home Depot in Summerville. Made him the contact pickup person. Sent him the order #. He picked it up. Took out & away the old unit (rusted out bottom) and put in brand new unit / cleaned up the mess) this was all done by 7pm on the SAME DAY!! I didn't order the unit until almost 1pm. He msged me a chase bank credit card payment link to pay. Easy & secure. My Mom was VERY HAPPY & GRATEFUL to Sammy at KLC. I was so HAPPY with how it all turned out I asked him if he had Venmo or cash app and sent him more money $$ directly!! Very grateful... DEFINITELY CHOOSE SAMMY if you need REAL HELP and need a good Friend in the Plumbing or HVAC BIZ."

"A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"In all fairness, Richard came out before Matthew and he was late but he was trying to get his own home ready for the storm. A text or phone call to let me know that he would be running late would have been nice though."

"When we arrived, there was a slight odor from the cleaning supplies, which I did not mind, and was dealt with by opening windows and doors.  I have a severe allergy to mold and in a previous experience in another place, I could feel a burning on my skin from mold spores.  I did not experience this after Microclean.  It was such a relief.  My only complaint was having to clean up the debris after the vent cleaning.  This was not part of the proposal, so was not expected.  It would have taken another day to do that, and the work was done so quickly there was no time for that.  Also, the house was empty for the summer, so some of the dust etc. was due to that.
Hopefully we have learned our lesson about the temp., but I would call MicroClean again if I had an issue.

"EK Services showed up on time and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  Within an hour they dismantled wires, etc and replaced the drip pan that had rusted out.  While in there they share maintenance tips for me that I had never heard of.  
It was a great experience and I would refer all my real estate clients to EK Services."
