The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

He explained very kindly to all of my questions. Despite our small attic size, he looked around and even offered to repair the broken duct system in the attic. It was very impressive. On the installation date, Joe showed up on time with the install crews The two technicians were very nice and courteous, and  very nice, clean and professional with their work, leaving little trace or hints of holes in the walls, etc. After a few days, Joe came back to explain what the crew had done, and made sure everything is ok, and helped me learn how to setting and use the new thermostats we got. He filled out all the rebate forms for me so I could get  the rebate money from duke and vectran very easilly. I really appreciate for his kind helps. With their help our cooling works much better, cools much faster, and works with less noise. I am very satisfied with the unit and their services and I will call them for my attic duct work and future servies.

"The technician that preformed the service(s), Austin C. (Plumbing Pro), with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Initially we were just looking for someone to change our kitchen faucet with one we had already purchased. We decided to go with Service Plus because of there good rating on Home Advisor. After Austin changed our kitchen faucet he spoke with us about there, Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, maintenance program. He explained that if we signed up for the maintenance program with them today, a free water heater flush & fill came with it. At least I believe it was free? I could be mistaken about that? We had been looking to change from our current heating/cooling/plumbing companies maintenance program to someone new because we were just not happy with them. So, it was perfect timing for us to make the change. While Austin was draining the water heater he noticed calcium & pieces of metal. He showed me the calcium & pieces of metal coming from my water heater while it was being drained, and also explained to me what the reason(s) for it was. Come to find out our water softener was not working properly which caused the problems with the water heater. We could have waited until the water heater actually stopped working, but decided to just change it now before it failed and we didn’t have any hot water. We also decided to replace our current water softener since it was not working properly and Austin noticed that there was no brand name or sticker from the original installers. For all we know, it could have been a used system sold to us as new. Either way, it wasn’t working properly so we had it replaced by Austin with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. "For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
