Melinda in the office was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to find a new part that was being phased out for my older A/C unit. Brennen was the technician who performed the repairs. He kept me informed as to what he found, what needed to be replaced, and what he was going to request, and he even went above and beyond to stress that it was imperative to get the A/C working at my house due to a bedbound parent with a broken hip.
