Not only did he respond within 30 minutes, he came out the same day, installed my ceiling fan, and finished everything up within one hour. He arrived on time and cleaned up after completing the job. I am also pleased that he explained what he was doing as he worked. I would definitely contact him again for future jobs."

"I asked Mr. Nesbitt to do an update in two bathrooms which included replacing the toilets, faucets, lights, and painting of one bathroom. He was very responsive to my communications. He started the work on the day agreed upon and advised of any change in arrival times. He was very skilled and proficient in how he did the job. He cleaned up and removed the discarded items. Afterwards, I did notice a small leak in under the sink in one of the bathrooms, but Mr. Nesbitt came back the next day and quickly fixed it. Overall, he did excellent and high-quality work. Anyone would be very pleased with his services."

I initially called Vincent to have him come out and repair/ replace the water heater based upon the water I could see. This was my first Home Advisor hire and I must say Vince you are everything most homeowners want in a repair technician. Vince arrived on time( called first), quickly diagnosed the true issue( not the water heater , but the AC catch and a clogged drainage pipe from AC. I felt he was professional, thorough, and trustworthy. I did not feel he was trying to sell me any repair I did not need. I wish he did repairs for more than HVAC because I would absolutely hire him with full confidence. If you are looking for someone who is honest, polite, professional, and skilled at his job.. this is your guy!! There is no panic or worry with this guy in your house! True gentleman. Calm. Knowledgeable. Need I say more?"

However, their dispatcher called me earlier and said they will be 2 hours early, causing me to run around and panic, then in fact they were 2 or 3 hours late (from the original time). TO make up for it though, they sent in an extra person to help with the move. I would probably use their services again (Especially with such a great price)

They advertised the whole fan for $249.00 but it was smaller than the existing fan which would have left an inch opening on one side if it was installed. I decided to have the motor replaced instead for more money. Not a good deal.
