After deciding to use this company, went through contracting the job, which was done at my house and was painless. When the time came to start the job, Ken and Phil were on time. However due to a mix up with scheduling the inspector, they could only do the inside door to the garage, which came out great. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of both Ken and Phil. Front door was rescheduled for January and installation went off without any inspection or other delays. In terms of customer service, I have to say that the company and Ken definitely excel at it. After completing my job he had to travel over an hour to his next job. I called him to let him know that I was having some trouble with my dead bolt, and he said he would be back that evening to take look and fix it. He showed up, just like he said, made some adjustments and even brought finishing plugs for the sidelight, that had been forgotten when the installation was completed. So, excellent customer service."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. "Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"MOriginally I purchased the track repair. Ben was very responsive and quick to set an appointment. He contacted me before coming to the house and was punctual. He did an excellent job of sizing up what needed to be done. My three door slider was non functional. You could not budge the door and the track was literally lifting up (broken).  Ben and his help did an outstanding job and today my door works like it did when it was brand new. I can tell you I will absolutely be sending referrals Ben way. If you have issues with sliding doors etc. dont hesitate. Call these guys. No need to suffer. They are extremely professional and do outstanding work. Highly recommended.

"Eyal does an outstanding job. I almost don't want to write a review because good work is so hard to find and best kept a secret! He has fixed multiple items around our house to include 8 large sliding doors that were completely useless, a loose bannister, a bath/shower faucet with no pressure and no hot water, a loose sink faucet, installed 2 ceiling fans on high ceilings among many others. He works hard, is friendly, and is a true professional. We have found our handyman!
