"I donâ t write many reviews, but when I find someone like Rick Anastasi, I feel obligated to do so. Rick is everything one could wish for in a service professional, but rarely finds these days. I called Rick to perform mold testing in my home, as I was concerned about the effects of persistent water intrusions from my roof. Rick came to my home the same day, performed a mold inspection, one swab testing, and indoor air quality testing. Throughout these processes, Rick explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what he found. He answered all of my questions (...no small task!), and made many helpful observations/suggestions regarding the water intrusion issues I was having. A few days later I received a detailed â Mold Inspection Reportâ and â Laboratory Analysis Report.â Rick had been consciously selective in the number of samples he took (without compromising the completeness and quality of his inspection), and his charges were most reasonable.
