"I had my original mortgage with Rick and was impressed by his knowledge and efficiency in executing the paperwork. My time (and being organized) is very important to me, so I do not have the patience to work with a company that does not meet my expectations. "The company was recommended by another company I had used in the past, but was unable to help me in the time-frame I required. The staff at Stanley was very responsive in setting up the appraisal. The appraiser, Steven Alley, was on time and went right to work taking measurements, asking questions as needed. He even took his shoes off when he came in the house, which I really appreciated as I had just had new carpets installed. Before he left he explained the procedures and told me the approximate date I could expect the results - he was off by less than a day! The final report was thorough and easily understood. I highly recommend Mr. Alley and Stanley Appraisal! <br />"
