He troubleshot the dishwasher, and we decided it was a bad drain pump. He offered me a choice to either take the old pump apart and try to repair it (may or may not have worked) or to just replace it. I opted to replace. While he was there, he flushed out the lines, replaced my air gap, and even vacuumed the area under the dishwasher. Will definitely call ProServ again in the future and ask for Danny!
