"FANTASTIC service and overall experience. VERY REASONABLY priced (we called several other companies). Our gutters were extremely filled with debris and it's hurricane season. Alain came out right away (fitting us in on his busy schedule) because he didn't want us to have a problem with water backup on our roof. That was very thoughtful. He's a true PROFESSIONAL and we will deffinately be calling him again, every 6 months... We have lots of oak trees and don't want to have another issue with the buildup in our gutters. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alain's."

"A year ago they responded to an SOS related to a full A/C failure. They were prompt and professional. It took several days, in the heat of the summer, till they were able to fix it, but they had to get a part from the west coast so we sweated through the ordeal. While they were working on replacing the main board, I also engaged them to clean the system. I thought the charge was high ($1000), but needed it done. A year later, one of the A/C mini-split heads stopped working. They came the next day. I paid $200 for them to trouble shoot it, which took approximately 20 minutes. (Subsequently another A/C service charged me only $95 to trouble shoot!) They said they would order the part and get back to me. After I week, I had not heard from them. When I called they said they could get the part but it would take 4-6 weeks. I said okay. What could I say. I left it in their trustworthy hands. After 6 weeks I heard nothing from them. I called. I left 4 messages, which were all unreturned. On the 5th try, someone answered. He said he couldn't get the part. Would have been nice to know that 5 weeks ago. Still puzzled why they didn't communicate with me and thus the low review. I have to say that I thought they were really nice people, but obviously my business wasn't that important to them. So be it. But a little courtesy and honesty would go a long way when servicing a small community like Key West. Because of the later incident, I wanted to give them an F, but that wouldn't be fair. If you're lucky, have deep pockets, and the problem isn't complicated, they are okay. Just be aware. I thought I had actually found a reliable service, but that wasn't the case."

"Reliance Air Services Inc. has gone above and beyond, again! I called Reliance Air Services on 3/20/23 because my A/C was blowing warm air. After I flushed and vacuumed the line,normal homeowner maintenance, still no luck and warm air. Xavier from Reliance Air Services Inc came out for the service call. After thoroughly checking both A/C systems, he discovered a freon leak inside the upstairs unit handler, showed me the problem, and explained how and what could have caused it. Xavier even cleaned the downstairs unit coils as a courtesy. Xavier promptly ordered the needed parts and scheduled the repair with my approval. On 3/27(due to my schedule) Shane arrived to complete the repair. Shane has over 22 years of experience and it showed. After the repair was completed, Shane discovered an 8 year old A/C install mistake that was done by the company (Simpson Air) who originally installed my A/C units when my home was built. Even the county inspector missed it. I inserted that company name because this is my transparent review and experience. That company has agreed to fix the issues after several phone calls. Shane from Reliance Air Services Inc was very professional, respectful of my home & property and he took this time to insure everything was done right. Reliance Air customer service lady was very attentive to my needs and professional. I would definitely recommend Reliance Air Services Inc. This is my second experience with Reliance the level of customer service, principles & standards has not changed. I'm very thankful."
