Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. Once the project started, they worked everyday (aside from weekends, of course) to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The screened-in porch turned out even better than expected and we couldn't be happier with the project. We're out there ALL THE TIME now and get tons of compliments from our neighbors. "I was referred by a friend who had them install a composite deck. I had 3 contractors look at my deck to demo and replace with wood. They had a competitive price. They were done in 3 days! Short punch list which the owner had his men address. I would say Iâ m pretty picking but his men completed everything to my 100% satisfaction!!! I would definitely recommend â A PAIR OF HANDSâ !! "Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

"We love Deane, Tony, and their crew almost as much as we love our new home renovation! What a positive experience we had working with Berith Builders. From the first time we met Deane to discuss our project, we found him personable, professional, respectful, positive, fair, engaged, and collaborative. And we ended the 6 month project feeling the same way about him, Tony and everyone that worked on our job - which is a rare occurrence in the building/construction industry. "We built a brand new deck on the back of our house, replacing the original deck. Deck Builders did a great job from the minute I called them to when they completed the work. Randy was very collaborative and responsive as we refined our requirements and specifications. Once we committed, Deck Builders helped us with the County permits and our HOA submission. The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. They were always very positive and seemed to care a lot about the quality of their work (which was excellent) Ricardo came by several times and ensured everything was done to specification and even made some recommendations on lighting, which the crew installed. "Most pleased. Would definitely hire again. Needed carpenter to build a footbridge using repurposed wood, install insect screen under raised screen-in porch, install oak handrails, fix the threshold to our front door, and add shoe molding in basement. JW (owner) was pleasant, professional, and thorough when he came out to give an estimate. He listened to what we wanted done and suggested ways to make it work. Scheduling was a breeze. A team of two came out to complete our projects. Of course temperatures were in the 90s, but they worked nonstop. Pedro (crew chief) built our footbridge based only on description. The results were amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and durable. Kudos for great work. Other projects were completed within the timeframe with Kevin working on the screen and railings with assistance from Pedro. The crew was timely, professional, courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All work was completed within 4 days. There was only a minor issue with the oak hand rails (needed additional sanding) -- which was remedied quickly after review of the project manager, Bob. JW was a tad more expensive that other bids, but in the end, well worth the price. Glad we went with them."
