He looked at my controller, diagnosed that the problem was a broken spring and, since it's a "unique" and unavailable part, he modified the existing one and reconnected it stating he wasn't sure it would hold because of how stretched it was. It held for about 3 hours but broke again. I called Watkins again and they scheduled another tech since it was closed to after hours. My original tech took the call even though he was not on call. He had an idea for an alternate repair that has worked very well. I'm quite satisfied with the work and I believe the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Watkins."
