Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."

"Incredible service! I called Monday morning at 7am and my 12pm I had a new heater fully installed! Earl/Frank came out within an hour of my call despite being short staffed. He completed the job single-handed, only have the assistance of the parts guy to carry the heater in and over my washer/dryer. Nice guy to talk to, but most importantly, his work was flawless.
