"Called and they sent out someone to unclog a simple tub drain, he came out got upset because some device had broke. Told me it would cost $318. To unclog. To no avail. Then he said they would have to replace my pipes and tear up my house which would cost over $3000 to repair. He took my $318. And told me it would go towards the repairs. I got a second opinion and they were able to unclog my tub drain for $420. And it?s working great WITHOUT having to tear up my house. I?ll probably never see the $318. They took for nothing. That?s taking advantage of people, 101. "

I would like Water of Texas to come back out and test our water to see how much our hardness has changed. We are very pleased with the RO system installed. "I don?t have money for services I was tricked into getting. I will Never use R3 again and I'm letting the world know. A supervisor, Anthony Segura, came to my house while was having a leak from my garbage disposal repaired and one pipe replaced under. That costs me almost $900. He told me that my insurance was going to cover the water mitigation and talked me into having that horrible dehumidifier machine placed in my house for a week. I asked repeatedly to have that machine removed after the 2rd day because it was freaking my dogs. Anthony and the technician refused saying it would affect the insurance claim (cost over $1,600). I was lied to! I was told that if my insurance did not approve my claim, he would gather the equipment and there would be no charge. ?Don?t worry? he said and to trust him. My insurance DENIED the claim and I am stuck with a big bill. Advice; Do Not Allow Them To Start Work on your home until it is approved by your insurance company."
