I had a problem with tankless hot water heaters and the person they sent was a specialist in that area - even coming out quickly on a Sunday. All fixed and clear less than five hours after I first started trying to find somebody to solve my problem."

"They SAVED me $ 3,000. If you need help with a Tankless Water Heater - LOOK NO FURTHER! I had issues with my water heater b/c the temperature could not go above 100 degrees. My first plumber told me that i needed a new circuit board or a new water heater. The second plumber wanted to charge me $ 325 for a diagnosis. I found Affinity Plumbing on Angies List. They came over and was able to fix the issue with my temperature in about 30 minutes, saving me at least $ 600 for a new circuit board or $ 3,000 + for a new water heater as the other plumbers advised. They have REAL EXPERTISE in Tankless Water Heaters and are honest and professional. They are my NEW PLUMBERS! They deserve an A+"

"Did a great job with a challenging situation. Chris spent time figuring out several options for me. They went ahead and relocated the new tank water heater. It was a long job but it went very well. Chris and Evan were great, explained everything to me and cleared up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company. They pulled the required permit and the inspector said they’d done a good job. "The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants."
