"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"From the moment I picked up the phone and dialed the company for service, they were awesome.  I had been shopping around because, like many people in town, I am on a budget. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't over paying for their service. Since I have a busy schedule they were willing to send someone after regular business hours to fix my heater. When the technician arrived to me home they were polite and courteous, about 30-45 minutes later I hear a knock on the door and the technician was done, he explained what the issue was. I really appreciated that he kept me in the loop and not just billed me. Very professional company.

"We are both disabled seniors and I have emphysema. Our A/C went out and the temperature was in excess of 110 degrees. Not only was I stunned that he showed up within 24 hours but he procured the item needed to repair the A/C. On top of being incredibly quick Tony was courteous, respectful, friendly and patient in explaining to us what was needed. Thanks again Tony for being my wife and my hero and saving us from very possibly dangerous and/or deadly consequences. Need HVAC? One hour is the right answer."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I found them extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and set an at appointment time that worked for me. They repaired A/C evaporator drain, cleaned coils and checked overall condition of the A/C unit. Alltech Solutions technicians are knowledgeable and perform quality work. Alltech Solutions has excellent customer service too. I would highly recommend them!"

"Trade masters was called out to provide the repair service. Phillip was the service provider. He is always professional and on time providing quality service."
