"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. "Bruce spent over an hour inspecting our interior drainage system, our sump pump, our gutters, and our downspouts; moving our garden hose from place to place in search of a leak; and even playing T-ball with our toddler while waiting for the water from the garden hose to come out of the downspout drain at the curb. He was thorough and honest. In the end, he determined that the small puddle we had seen was most likely due to condensation. He recommended that we put 6 mil plastic behind the drywall before repairing it so that condensation will run down into the drainage channel. He also recommended that we run a dehumidifier into the sump pit.
