Rema removed part of the gutter pipe and inserted a snake to clear the drain. The underground pipe was cleared and I saw water dispensing onto the street, along with the debris that was blocking the pipe. The snake was withdrawn, the gutter pipe was repaired and Rema was on his way. I was informed of the processed from beginning to end. Problem resolved!!"
