Please please read all the reviews about this company because it speaks volume! I regret not reading their reviews before hiring them. They made more damage than fix the problem. The owner has a bad attitude. I am so glad we did not let them finish the job, they were only at my house twice to rip the carpets out and get the water out of the basement and to pick up their equipment. We called Nate the owner so he says the same day his crew (2 people) left and complained but Nate was so nasty!!!! They left nails that I almost stepped on on the stairways and floor and standing water on the floor before they left. Then when we told them to pick up their drying equipment because we donâ t want them to finish the job and hire a professional company instead to finish the job his crew came back and started measuring the basement and sketching something in the paper and hammering nails that were sticking out on the stairways when they weâ re supposed to do this from the getgo, When I asked them if itâ s necessary for them to do this they lied and said my insurance is asking this and I confirmed with my adjuster they lied because she never even talked to them. We figured they were trying to cover their tracks. I have proof videos and photos because God is good his crew left the sketch or drawing and I took a picture of it and I have a video of them frantically doing what they weâ re supposed to do before starting the job that they neglected to do. I really feel like we were scammed! Bottom line this business is very crooked and no accountability and integrity. Please do your research I wouldnâ t want anyone to go through what we went through.

If I could give a 0 rating here, I would give it 0. This company and its owner are crooks, and they lie to you during the process. The workers don't even speak English.

This is the first time I had to hire someone to complete a large job around the house and I was not pleased with how it went. When I first posted the job he responded quickly and came the next day to assess the situation. We had some bad water damage and resulted in me having to remove the kitchen floor. He arrived the next day to examine the situation and his team was there the same day to began the cleaning and drying process. That part was fine but after that the communication problems began. It took almost two full months for us to get our kitchen back. Imagine having an infant and no kitchen for two months. The delay inquires were met with the response that *I am trying to get more money from your insurance company so we can keep your out of pocket cost low.* We wanted a specific floor (grout-able peel and stick tile) but was told that you cant grout a peel and stick which is not true. By this time I just wanted my kitchen so he brought in these cheap tiles from home depot that you would see in a commercial bathroom or kitchen and I chose one. After the floor was down and everything was put back I found screws that should have been in the countertop all around the kitchen. Worse was that they did not put the sink drain pipes together correctly. We got the kitchen back the week before Christmas and on Christmas eve we have notice water on the floor again! It from the drain pipes on the sink no being adhered to together. I call Nate and he tells me he will call me back in 2 hours. To this day I have not heard from him! I ended up having to go to the home maintenance store and purchase the items to adhere to the pipes myself. I would never use Service Pros, All-Star Carpet Cleaning, or any other company associated with Nate.

How the project got completed did not work as smoothly as I would have hoped for. Because of the water damage they cut out the dry wall but then immediately installed new drywall before letting the wooden posts behind the drywall dry 1st. This created some fear considering mold could start to form from the moisture. Then the carpet wasn't installed correctly because it wasn't installed with someone who specializes in that task. He then had to have a carpet specialist come in and redo the carpet. Also took longer than expected. The end result looks good, but because of my experience I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Tile cleaner arrived on time. Grout person arrived 3.5 hours late. Had no tarps. Had to go to Home Depot for supplies. Did not arrive prepared and left mess that my wife had to clean up. I would look for someone else if I had to do this again.

They did a great job in assessing the problem, provided information on what it would take to resolve the situation and completed the job timely - letting me know each step.

I did have some returning stains, hence the four stars, but overall, they did a nice job.

The carpet was cleaner, but smelled like wet dog for days. I said I did not want steam cleaning but a dry process; they still did steam cleaning. They estimated 1 hour; it took 3. The strangest part was the loud teeth grinding of one of the workers; it was so loud and distracting that I could hear it on another floor! It sounded painful. I guess a whole-house cleaning for $189 means you get what you pay for. I was only having the cleaning done to satisfy the buyers when I sold my house, so I met their demand, but I'm glad I didn't pay anymore than this for the just-ok result I got.

Response from Company:

Though we appreciate the comments and reviews of all our customers. We have to dispute this review. There was no way that we could use dry process in the home because it was just to dirty and needed to be steam cleaned. Second the customer did not want to deodorize or get urine removal treatment for a home occupied by two large dogs that constantly urinated on the carpet. The customer tried to get the best results while taking shortcuts and not getting the necessary service. Please review all of our other review to see the excellent service we provide.

They were prompt to respond to my inquiries. Came and did the work fast and well. Will be calling them back.
