"I can not say enough about the team at Revival Energy! I have been working with them for 4 years now on my 90 yr old Portland home. Ben was my introduction to their work with an energy assessment. I wanted to seal up all the drafty areas of my home and install central A/C. During the assessment, Ben quickly identified that my furnace was producing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. I really liked his statement, “if this were a public building, it would be condemned.” In their busy season of November, they put me as a priority and installed a new furnace in under 2 weeks. While I don’t recommend this approach to get your furnace quickly, they recognized that I would have no heat and did their best to help me. I then installed A/C the next year. They did a very smooth install of a very efficient central A/C (Rheem prestige). With further house work, we had to move the A/C. This seemed simple to me, but I didn’t realize it would take them almost 8 hours. That refrigerant removal and refill is a slow process, by necessity! A few weeks after the move, I just didn’t feel like the A/C was working well enough (and in the hottest part of the year no less!). Their office staff and specifically the co-owner, Jim Ballman, fielded multiple, multiple phone calls and emails. Robert, their lead service tech and co-owner, came to my house to check it out. Luckily, the Rheem Prestige has a panel that reports error codes. I’m so happy I had this model installed, thanks to Ben! Refrigerant was low and rapidly addressed by Robert. As he got the refrigerant filled, Robert patiently answered all my sniggling questions. He was very gracious, and a very sharp fellow. I am so thankful for their patience, hard work and expertise in their field. It is very hard to find a quality company like this. Please treat them well, they deserve it!!! "I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). We decided to go forward with things this Fall and, in preparation, I arranged five companies to give estimates. I had some good (and not so great) experiences) but kept coming back to Anderson. "One of the men came, wore the blue booties so as not to track outside dirt, and opened the furnace, vacuumed the interior out, checked the filter, oiled any parts that needed it, and checked the furnace by turning it on to make sure everything was in good working order. He then made sure the entire area was cleaned up and took everything with him. I have used Mr. Nash's services since 1993 and have always been pleased with them. They are very professional, come when scheduled, never leave a mess, and make sure the furnace is in good working order. I will be calling in the next week or 2 to book this year's cleaning and servicing.

"Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. It was a really frustrating process and we ended up asking for bids from another five companies without much more luck. We are so glad we contacted Sun Glow. They were the only company (of many, and several Angie's Lists companies) who really showed care and interest in helping us.



They created a bid in less than 24 hours, went out of their way to find us the best possible price and quality, and Kyle from Sun Glow met with me personally to review all the options. it was important to us that we work with a company that takes care of their employees and it is clear that they do based on the customer service we've experienced.



The cost for the project was more than we had anticipated, even though Sun Glow came in with the best quote. We had to wait a few months and Kyle checked in with us regularly. Once we were able to fund the project, Kyle immediately got the install on the books.



The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!

He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. As a new homeowner of a 'light fixer' I was relieved to have such a painless experience! I am SO GLAD we had this service done and I would hire Jared again or refer him to friends & family in a heartbeat. Highly recommended."

"In 2010, we bought a house in Portland. The fuel tank had been checked as decommissioned by Dana Thompson, and the soil tested as zero contamination at the fill port by another company. When we went to sell the house last Dec 2024, we were told by the same company which did the original testing, that now it was now badly contaminated. The oil furnace had been replaced by Deutsche Bank with a gas furnace before we bought it, so it became contaminated before we purchased the house. The most recent test was explained as a difference of only a couple inches between clean and badly contaminated soil and we would have to accept all legal liability. This could have been a financial disaster. Scott Hanson of Decommissions NW assured us that we could clean and remove the tank and he got the job done within the period we had before closing. He was completely above board and charged a very reasonable charge. The scale only goes to a five star rating or I would give him higher."

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.
