"I can not say enough about the team at Revival Energy! I have been working with them for 4 years now on my 90 yr old Portland home. Ben was my introduction to their work with an energy assessment. I wanted to seal up all the drafty areas of my home and install central A/C. During the assessment, Ben quickly identified that my furnace was producing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. I really liked his statement, “if this were a public building, it would be condemned.” In their busy season of November, they put me as a priority and installed a new furnace in under 2 weeks. While I don’t recommend this approach to get your furnace quickly, they recognized that I would have no heat and did their best to help me. I then installed A/C the next year. They did a very smooth install of a very efficient central A/C (Rheem prestige). With further house work, we had to move the A/C. This seemed simple to me, but I didn’t realize it would take them almost 8 hours. That refrigerant removal and refill is a slow process, by necessity! A few weeks after the move, I just didn’t feel like the A/C was working well enough (and in the hottest part of the year no less!). Their office staff and specifically the co-owner, Jim Ballman, fielded multiple, multiple phone calls and emails. Robert, their lead service tech and co-owner, came to my house to check it out. Luckily, the Rheem Prestige has a panel that reports error codes. I’m so happy I had this model installed, thanks to Ben! Refrigerant was low and rapidly addressed by Robert. As he got the refrigerant filled, Robert patiently answered all my sniggling questions. He was very gracious, and a very sharp fellow. I am so thankful for their patience, hard work and expertise in their field. It is very hard to find a quality company like this. Please treat them well, they deserve it!!! "I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). We decided to go forward with things this Fall and, in preparation, I arranged five companies to give estimates. I had some good (and not so great) experiences) but kept coming back to Anderson. The price was right and the owner, Steve, was low-key, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I'm happy we chose them to install replace our system. "One tech, Jacob Bailey, did a thorough testing and servicing of the A/C and then reviewed immediate and future concerns about the system. He made recommendations about further diagnostic testing and a recommendation about the likely need to replace the blower capacitor. Will Adams found a leak in the instant hot water dispenser and said it needed to be replaced. He suggested options for Roth doing the entire replacement and install or purchasing the unit and then having it installed Both techs were clear in their presentation of what needed to be addressed and offered options without any pressure."

You won't find a better computer technician/computer builder than Jim Ferrell. I have been using his services for years and he has come to my rescue many times. When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

"Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. It was a really frustrating process and we ended up asking for bids from another five companies without much more luck. We are so glad we contacted Sun Glow. The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!

"In 2010, we bought a house in Portland. The fuel tank had been checked as decommissioned by Dana Thompson, and the soil tested as zero contamination at the fill port by another company. When we went to sell the house last Dec 2024, we were told by the same company which did the original testing, that now it was now badly contaminated. The oil furnace had been replaced by Deutsche Bank with a gas furnace before we bought it, so it became contaminated before we purchased the house. The most recent test was explained as a difference of only a couple inches between clean and badly contaminated soil and we would have to accept all legal liability. This could have been a financial disaster. Scott Hanson of Decommissions NW assured us that we could clean and remove the tank and he got the job done within the period we had before closing. He was completely above board and charged a very reasonable charge. The scale only goes to a five star rating or I would give him higher."

"The job itself was done quickly and efficiently. However, downstairs ceiling registers were not all reinstalled correctly and there was no effort to cover furniture or clean up fallen debris.
