And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"IRE YUSUFF from JDL HVAC SERVICES LLC. was Extremely Professional. Serviced our furnace for the winter, checked everything from every wire to every part to air input/output etc... IRE answered every question and explained a part that needed replaced. He showed the old part and it's voltage that was deficient then the new part and the proper voltage for our unit. He was Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable. We even decided to have him/his company to return again in the Spring to service our air conditioning. "Very prompt response once the service call was placed.  The plumber arrived the next day (even though I stated that it was not an emergency!) which was wonderful.  An arrival time was established, and the plumber was in constant contact with me throughout the day to let me know that he would be arriving a bit late.  The job was done easily and quickly.  I was not at home at the time of the service (my parents were there), and payment was set up at a later date.  I would DEFINITELY use Aqua again-great neighborhood business which I prefer to support.

"Our business lost air conditioning, and Ambient sent a technician out the same day to see if they could get us up and running. Tim, the technician, was diligent in trying to get us running until a solution could be found. Unfortunately, our unit is just too old. Solid service and response time. If ownership chooses to replace the unit, they will be our guys without a doubt. The owner, Bryan, was very upfront on cost and potential solutions as we have a very, very old building. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and polite."

"I had requested estimates from several companies on having a disposal repaired or replaced, but only Jiffy replied, and they did so almost immediately. They scheduled to come at the first time I was free. I received a phone call when the mechanics were on the way to my house and they were on time. Since I had given them the type of disposal that was currently installed, they brought a replacement with them, so although this was an estimate appointment, they were able to go ahead and install it, which they did. They were very polite and answered my questions. Based on what I paid 10 years ago to have the prior one installed, I'd say this was a little pricey, but it's working fine, and I'm very glad to have it taken care of."

Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
