He and his crew did an outstanding job laying foundation, concrete, flood vents etc.. We also called upon ProCrete for some additional work necessary on our home to complete our remodel. "After evaluating and measuring existing unit, he ordered a custom cover. In the meantime, he secured the chimney with tarps since there was a leak. upon receipt of the new unit, work was completed quickly (in a single day). Area was cleaned completely. We are very satisfied with the job performed."

"Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had issues with our gas fireplace since it was installed by the builder. There was a very bad odor that kept us from using the fireplace, and it was very drafty too. Bob identified the problem right away. He inspected the fireplace, added some insulation to it and cleaned it.  
He gave us instructions about what to expect regarding the odor, a description of what different odors mean and told us to call him if the problem persists.

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "After the central office remedied the slight scheduling snafu, we were off to the races. The 2 workers, "R" and "L", were awesome! So professional, helpful and polite. They listened to what I needed and completed the work ahead of time! In fact, I had to find more work around the yard for them to do. So in addition, they also laid down landscaping fabric, did some weed-whacking around the perimeter of the yard and added the 4 bags of garden soil to my fall garden area - one of those chores we 'meant to get to', but with the stifling heat and humidity, we kept putting it off!
