"Salesman Scott was very professional, informative, responsive, and pleasant to work with. He even finalized the deal over the phone while traveling out of town on personal business with his family.
He finalized the deal with a price we could all agree on and scheduled the work for the day we requested. The installer was extremely prompt, professional, neat, cleaned up after, and installed the tint so that you cannot even see where it is on the windows. All you see if the tinted window without seeing where the film is or isn't on the glass.
We plan to have them do the rest of our windows and would definitely recommend them for anyone else who wants window tinting. What a difference it makes to the both the ascetics of the home and the heat factor coming into the house.

"I phoned Len in early May to enquire about work that needed to be done in the attic and to see if he could 1) remove built-in dressers to create access, 2) repair a fence, and 3) put up some lattice around a deck.  He had a full schedule that month and a few jobs took longer than he intended so he missed 2 appointments for the estimate.  After two weeks of phone calls and a few missed appointments he agreed to come on Friday 5/23 and thought he would be mid-afternoon on May 23. Again, a job took longer than he anticipated so he said that he would stop by on his way up north (just before a holiday weekend).  He ended up coming by at about 8 pm, walked through the house, but did not provide a quote. He suggested that we talk after the holiday weekend. Initially, I wasn't too bothered that it took some flexibility and rescheduling to get the estimate. I figured that he was focused on quality work.  
Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to see if the work was quality. I called Len twice the week of May 26th and never heard back from him.  I also tried again June 26th and have never gotten a response.

"This service was exactly what I was looking for.  I wasn't confident about choosing the new look for my living room.  I wasn't sure what my "style" was, and what would look good together.  I needed a consultant to let me know if the items I was considering would look good together.  Amanda called me and we talked about what I liked/didnt like.  She had me post pictures from Pinterest and Houzz of rooms I liked.  From that she was able to tell me what my style was.  She noticed things I never realized before.  For example I apparently picked the exact style couch in every picture I posted.  As I found furniture I liked I would send her photos and she would let me know if she thought they would go good together.  For example she recomended a different coffee table - i needed one that was more substantial to balance the size of the sofa.  She also helped me fine-tune the paint colors for my walls - I thought this was the hardest part of designing the room, but I love the results. 
I was basically looking for someone to guide my choices, but they will also modify their level of service depending on what you need (cost varies depending on service needed).
I would positively use them again!!

"We started looking at new flooring back in April. We first picked out a new kitchen floor in a new product which looks like slate but is actually vinyl but is grouted in place and this was one of the few places that carried and displayed it. Our salesman Mike was very helpful and patient with us as we were having some trouble making a decision. They sent Scott out to measure and he had some good ideas and pointed out some problems with my installation ideas, things I hadn't thought about but would be unhappy with. So we had the vinyl installed in June by Mark and Pete. They worked all day with few breaks and did a fabulous installation job. They cut and replaced the trim also. I understand that all of the installation teams they have are actually employeed by Karen's Carpet not subcontractors. After that we decided to go ahead and have them replace our carpet also. Again several trips to the store with so many options. When Mike wasn't there Jane helped us in the store. A different team came out for the carpet Jason and Tom I think. Very prompt, courteous, moved all the furnace back and forth. They did a great job, nice seams, upholdstered look on the stairs. Nice neat tranistions into rooms without carpet. Cleaned up and were on there way all in one day. Also, right after we got the new kitchen floor my husband dropped a sharp object on the floor damaging it. Totally our fault but they came out an replaced that tile with an extra we had at no charge. Very good customer service."

"Mike came in to do the job and I had to leave to go to work. I showed him what the issue was and he immediately saw what the other contractor had done wrong. He fixed it and brought the issue up to code, cleaned up, and left. He left me a note thanking me for the business and called the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I had questions. Very knowledgeable and delivered outstanding customer service! I would definitely recommend the business and will use him again myself."
