"Over all it is okay, but there is some missing piece's here. My thermostat does not work, but everything else is pretty much okay. 

Installed new cooling unit, and updated/corrected whatever problems with the duct work. But the thermostat needs to be in a different location. They filed an inspection so we are waiting for that. They corrected a couple problems with the duct work. 

It would be between a C and a B but there is that serous problem with the thermostat. Overall the material was good. There were about 3 or 4 people. It took a good part of the day. They left it clean. 

I think its all going to get resolved.

He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. "Darrow asked us a lot of questions and suggested that we try to repair it before replacing it (Which would cost 6K!). he said we probably could get some more life out of it and resolve some of the issues we were having. He also said that if we invested some money in it but still needed to replace it, he would take that into account in replacement costs. So clearly he was confident his repairs would work. And they did! rather than spending 6K, we have spent a few hundred dollars and the a/c is doing much better! I am so happy we can delay replacing for at least a year or two."
