"From the person answering the phone to the serviceman, all interactions were polite and professional. They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air."

"I have been going to WPSC during the past 1.5 year. One concern I had when I moved to the area was finding a trust worthy service center. I have tried a few, but WPSC has been the most reliable, trustworthy shop in the area. I have brought all three cars to this shop for inspections, oil/filter change, and other necessary services (one of the cars is still under warranty, but we still bring the car here for non-warranty related services).

He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation. Andrew also gave quotes, with descriptions, and took the time to show me the reasoning for the preventative maintenance that he was advising, informative but not pushy or overbearing, and as a woman, who has been taken advantage of by other service providers, it was refreshing to find honesty, respect and the willingness for explanation. "Everything went as expected and service was great!  
We moved into an old townhouse a year ago and had been wanting to have the air ducts cleaned.  However, due to other urgent projects we had to postpone it until March 8 this year.  I'd been looking forward to having Joel and his team come and do the job because of all the good reviews and they sure did not disappoint!  I have to say they are by far the best contractor we've had since we moved into this place (and we've had quite a number of contractors!).  
First of all, Joel is the nicest person I've ever met.  He is just such a warm person, responsive, attentive, polite and explains everything to you. 
Second, he is the most hard-working person and just has a passion in what he is doing.  They came to the house around 7am and worked until 4pm non-stop.  Most service providers only spend a couple of hours on a project like this but they spent almost the whole day.  They definitely do not cut corners and did a really thorough job at cleaning all the ducts.  At the end of the day, I felt I could breathe again.  The whole house felt thoroughly cleansed.  Joel showed us the video of the vacccuming and we could not believe how much dust had accumulated!  
We would definitely use them again!
