"Would absolutely recommend John Mullen and his company. From the first time I called John he was very responsive and professional. I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. I truly appreciate the quick and professional communication throughout the whole process. The guys that came with him to do the work were also professional and they got the job done quickly. The price we paid was very reasonable for the length of time they spent and the difficult job of drilling out through brick."

"Technician was polite and worked quickly. We had been having a concern with our AC- he told us that there might be a leak and discussed potential solutions (dye test or replacement). He provided estimate for new AC units. We didn't purchase from this company because we wanted further estimates prior to purchasing new AC."

"Service was good and HVAC has been fine since."

"They contacted us a couple hours after I opened the project in this app, which was nice! Had central humidification installed. They did a great job explaining the various types, why some might work better than others, and which they thought would be best for our house (others we contacted were not nearly as thorough). After we decided, they installed it in less than two weeks, explained maintenance, and did a wonderful job. I could not recommend more highly!"

"Kenihan replaced the piping in my laundry room due to multiple pin hole leaks. They did a great job and clean up afterwards."

"Highest ratings and respect to Air Pure. Such a professional and competent installation. I am so happy with the service and my new furnace! A purely wonderful experience. Thank you Air Pure!"

"J A Sauer has well-trained, efficient, courteous installers. They communicate well, clean up after the work, take away removed equipment, and offer maintenance advice. We have used Sauer for about four years now and have a Mitsubishi Slim system and a Carrier AC system they installed. Very happy with the work--not the least expensive, I'm sure, but fair for the quality of work and equipment they offer"

"The old air conditioner had finally died and needed to be replaced. The quoted price was right on the average for such a job. Not only did they get a quote to me quickly, they were able to complete the job before some others could even get me a quote. They did excellent work making the install tighter and neater than the old unit. I think the basement was cleaner after they left than it was when they started. Very happy!"

"My service was for 4pm.  They called and asked if they could come earlier and that was fine.  The technician was not much of a talker and seemed to be in some sort of rush and had a little bit of an attitude.  But he was here for about 45 minutes and he was able to fix the furnace and then he gave me some helpful advice at the end.  (New filters and New Thermostat)  The price ended up being $158 but they have a $25 off on Angies list.  Just so you know it costs $95 just for the tech to come out.
