They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially."

We had used them before. They had treated us well. They have always showed real concern for us, repaired our car promply and charged us a fair price.  They got right on it. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
