"They contacted me right away, set up an appointment, came and did a wonderful presentation that was on a Tuesday. I had other contractors in between. They already sent me their estimates. I waited till that Saturday. And I emailed him, that I wanted to get his estimate. Never received anything. The following Monday, I called his number. He never got back with me. I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

"Had difficulty getting quotes to replace water heater. Steve responded quickly, provided competitive pricing, did not try to upsell. Did not complicate simple replacement of old unit. Crew showed up on time. Installer, Antonio, was courteous and worked diligently to swap out tank in efficient manner. Total time was approximately 90 minutes.
