"Totally impressed ! First time customer. I woke up with my garage ceiling acting like a rain cloud. Water coming down,! Went on computer looking for plumber in my area, Who's available and has more than 3 stars ! Called several but no luck in getting thru. or making contact. I found Proactive thru Home Advisor. Start with their customer service -very professional & courteous,. Service manager responded in short time in making adjustments to one of the service tech's route schedule. Service Tech -Gary was a great guy, great tech in knowing within 1-2 minutes exactly where my problem was and he did a cost sheet before he started & completed any work. Our problem is now solved and we now have no need to look any further when we have a plumbing problem -call "Proactive Comfort" , you will never regret it -they will be your 5 star plumber too ! "Gage has been excellent to work with. We will hire him any time we need something in the future. The work site is always clean, the new install always looks tidy. He has installed a water filter, fixed several leaks in old plumbing, replaced hose bibs, worked on our booster and expansion tank, replaced fixtures. It's always great work."
