Technician was thorough and helped us to understand not only what's going on with our old A/C unit but also our options to replace when/if we need to. Didn't pressure us at all to go that direction and gave us solid advice to try to squeeze another year or more out of the equipment we've got. When the time comes to replace our A/C unit and furnace, we'll definitely call these guys."

"I met with 2 or 3 reputable companies in addition to Wade prior to selecting Carrier and Wade for the job. The choice was an easy one. It began with Lonnie, Wade's sales rep. There was no pressure or hype with Lonnie. His communication skills are excellent. Over the course of our discussions, Lonnie prepared several revised proposals at my request as I honed in on what I wanted. Unlike any of the other bidders, Lonnie's proposals were very detailed with costs broken out for various components of the job. I knew exactly what I was buying, both in terms of equipment and services. Lonnie worked with me to reach a fair price. At my request, Lonnie coordinated directly with Air Duct Maintenance so the ducts were cleaned the day prior to the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new. The actual installation was done by Wade installer Ryan, with assistance from Dillon. You will not find a more professional or competent installer than Ryan. During the 2 days that he and Dillon were here, I happened to be working on a project on the same floor as the furnace. In those 2 days, I actually can't recall Ryan ever having a conversation about any topic other than my installation. He was laser focused on my installation. As part of his job, Dillon installed a new pad for the AC compressor. Every aspect of the job was done carefully and neatly. Following the installation, Ryan walked me through use of the new thermostat. He took his time, did not rush me through it and made sure I was satisfied. Finally, every one I have spoken with over the phone at Wade HQ has been friendly, accommodating and followed through when they said they would. If you are replacing your heating and cooling system, I would encourage you to consider Wade H&C. I'm glad I did."

"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

We have used Sauer for about four years now and have a Mitsubishi Slim system and a Carrier AC system they installed. "In October the boiler that provides both heat and domestic hot water to my house expired and could not be repaired. Climatech and one other reputable company came immediately to determine my house's heating requirements and bid on a modern replacement boiler. Climatech was substantially less expensive and they were nice enough to juggle their installers' schedule so that I could get the new system installed ASAP as I had no heat or hot water for several weeks. The new system is much quieter than the old system, is more energy efficient, heats the house better and takes up much less space in my basement. This was an expensive project but I am very pleased with the value received and the service provided."
