"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. We have used Advanced Mechanical Services for our conversion from oil to natural gas and for our air conditioning installation. They have always been very professional, courteous, prompt and their pricing has always been competitive. I would highly recommend them."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. "I had taken the day off from work to accommodate the chimney sweep’s schedule. Which I was happy to do. However, I received a call at the time of the appointment indicating that the chimney sweep’s truck was broken down and there was no other service person in the area to service us. I’m a reasonable person and understand mechanical issues can happen. However, it was disappointing that I was given earlier notice. We rescheduled and the second service call was on time with a courtesy call ahead of time. There were three people who came to the house. One who appeared to be the team leader, was very courteous and seemed to be doing all the work. The other two were busy on their phones in the truck and only appeared to help after the lead service person corralled them to do their jobs. Both arrived at the door begrudgingly and looked very annoyed that they had to do anything at all. Again, the lead person did most of the work, did all the talking, cleaned up after himself, showed me the work he had performed and completed all the paperwork. So all in all they did the service requested. It’s just too bad the two helpers weren’t nearly as dedicated or congenial as the lead person. I share these details as a business owner myself and knowing the challenges of staffing and (right or wrong) how they are perceived by customers."

Jeremy called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and scheduled me for two days later. The other plumber that actually returned my call needed a week after missing the first appointment. Jeremy showed up and identified the issues with my hot water and quoted me a very fair price for the amount of work he ended up having to do on my neglected plumbing. He was friendly, quick, honest, and professional. He had everything completed within a reasonable time and my hot water never worked so good.
