They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Their communication was very strong from beginning to finish, their initial plan recommendations were excellent, they made several recommendations to not only make the job better, but also make it more cost effective along the way. I paid nearly $300 for a technician to come out for 5 minutes, put a snake in the drain and leave.., yet it is now going on day three and the problem still has not been fixed. Two techs have been out to my home. I find this completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for professional service, they should not be left without a functioning toilet for days. I hoped for timely, effective, and professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
