"Froggy's called me immediately after I submitted my request on Angi. We discussed the problem I was having, and they gave me several ideas to try to get my A/C unit running properly before actually coming to take a look. I ended up taking their suggestions - cleaning the unit and blowing out the drain line - which resolved the issue. I appreciate and respect a company willing to provide a few troubleshooting/DIY tips before being eager to charge a service fee. Will definitely call in the event I need help in the future."

"Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."

"After being matched by home advisor,Steve from Countyside referred me to a partner from A+Plumbing (Joe) who gave me a bid anddid the job for me.They had to break concrete both in the basement and outside ( Big Job) Both Joe and his apprentice worked very hard .Total cost was less than I had expected. "My experience with the Spengler Company was great. Colby arrived at my house on time and then proceeded to perform the cleaning of my air conditioning unit. He found that our refrigerant was low so he filled that up. And he also changed our air filter for FREE! He then gave me six options to replace the water heater in our home. It was over 20 years old and had been leaking on the floor. We selected the second option and he called it in and our water heater was changed out the same day! WOW. What service! We couldn't be happier.
