"I got estimates from three companies and Sal's was the most suitable for me, based on description of the work and price quoted. The work was performed with minimal disruption to us and maximal attention to details, clean, and thorough. However, several days later the leak possibly originating from the area of the work performed was noted, with some damage to the ceiling on the lower level. Sal responded immediately, identified the leak and concluded that, even though it was not origination from exact point of original repair, the repair itself might have caused disruption in the system that resulted in new problem. "My appointment was between 10 to 12 and Derick showed up at 11 after purchasing some parts. He did everything by 1:30 PM and left by 2 PM. He worked on two replacements of pipes one he installed a knob and the other he replaced and installed new pipes. he assessed the surrounding pipes to see if there are any other damages. His work was thorough and very polite. I am having him come back to do the corrosions that we found. The price was a little bit more than I expected but worth the price."
