"I had a great experience with their HVAC services. They repaired my electrical baseboard heater quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They also installed our new central A/C system smoothly with no issues at all. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the pricing was fair. Highly satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. "Their service was very good; they always come when I call for service; every time I hear problems on my furnace or air conditioning, they always check and make sure that everything is working well."

"We had an issue with our washing machine not draining properly. We called Nick from Park Ridge Appliance Service, and after leaving a message he returned our phone call within a matter of minutes. Not only did he replace the pump, but he also showed us how clogged our dryer vent was and suggested we have that cleaned, as well as replace our exterior dryer vent as it was not up to code. We felt all things Nick pointed out were legit and should be repaired/replaced immediately, and the price he quoted seemed in line with what we had researched. Nick was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about all components of the work performed. We strongly recommend Nick at Park Ridge Appliance Service for anyone wanting a reliable, honest serviceman."

"Great service from the start. I was able to set an appointment the day of. Tom was very professional and helped us with all or needs. Looks brand new! Thank you"

"Over the past year we have had 2 different remodeling projects going on in our house and we knew the ducts had a fair amount of both drywall and wood dust. Did research on companies providing duct cleaning services and was impressed by what other customers said about VACS, as well as their certifications and experience. Karl and Nick called a half hour prior to the appointed time to let us know they were on their way. They clearly explained the cleaning process and got started. What a wonderful difference the cleaning has made in the air quality in our house. Could not have been more satisfied with the services they provided. When you get great service its worth taking the time compliment to a company like VACS for not only meeting your expectations, but exceeding them. Would strongly recommend VACS."

"So very glad I found Freedom HVAC on Angie'sList! Wish I had found them years earlier; would have saved me time, money and stressful headaches. A previous local vendor had visited my 3-flat repeatedly for a couple years, but I was constantly calling for either repeat repairs or additional repairs; I feel the money I paid for repairs and alleged preventative maintenance could likely total a new unit or two! Then I found Freedom and have been a happily loyal repeat customer for years. No matter which service tech visits for either a preventative annual service appointment or a surprise repair, each has always been very professional and helpful in explaining the situation, cost and options. I always feel better educated after each visit and always comfortable calling Freedom when the need arises. I would, and have, recommend Freedom HVAC for all heating and cooling needs."
