"The plumber was courteous and finally corrected the outbound pipe clog problem by using a snake to clear the obstruction as I said the last plumber had done about 3-4 years ago. The process could have been finished a lot faster but Richard used a camera before and after snaking the pipes. The first video provided a clear picture of how bad my pipes were clogged and the second showed how clean they were after snaking the pipes. Using the camera was cool but a little time consuming. I guess the price charged is the going rate for plumbers these day but it was not cheap. We can run our cloths washer again without water overflowing the drains so we are happy."

"This was no easy project since I live in a second floor condo. Currently there is no washing machine in place. I had gotten a few comparable bids for the job but Ken made the difference when he assured me he was up to the job. Part of the job required them to dig a three foot hole 7 feet long at the base of my building. They worked hard and non stop all day. Joel and MJ were polite young men and all three got along well all day, despite the 100 plus temperatures. I had no idea the job was going to be so extensive. A camera had to be installed to locate the drain. Which was done in advance to assure me the project could be accomplished in the first place.
