Travis gave me a fair estimate in June. He came back when I was ready in October and honored the estimate. He did a great job and he was respectful and professional. Just a nice guy. Gen3 is expensive, but they came in cheaper than the other company I got an estimate from, and the scope of work that Travis outlined seemed fairer than the other company's. I trust them. The team in the office, including Nicole, is also great - no long hold times. They're responsive and professional."

"The owner Kevin is so sweet and knowledgeable. This is my first wood burning fireplace I've owned and he took the time to answer all my questions about how to use it. The crew arrived promptly and was courteous and honest. Initially they quoted me $800.00 to repair the holes in the smoke stack liner however, they found it needed less work and charged me half the initial estimate. I wouldn't have known it was less work if they didn't tell me. They easily could have charged me more but they were honest. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
