The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

Chris didnt talk so much but got right to work and finished quickly. Chris gave us tips for maintenance we could do to prevent a future call for this issue.
