Showed up the next day at 9:30 took about 1.5 hours to change out the water heater. Work done was adequate but could be neater in my opinion. Obviously the more of these you do in a day the more money the company makes but the techs should be given adequate time to do an A1 job if that is your name. There is a difference between an installer and a craftsman."

"I didn't have work done, but I called to find out about getting an inspection for mold in my house based on a previous leak. I told the person that I wanted to see if they would be able to better a previous quote from another company. I was told I could pay $325 for a mold test or I could have them come out for a $95 service call for them to assess the area and that would come off the total of the estimate if I have the work done. They didn't seem very eager to help and were not overly friendly. Maybe I'm just looking for some better customer service."
