"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

Went out to diagnose but discovered nothing wrong however remained accessible if problem came back which it did same night. Determined not a plumbing issue and Recommended an electrian who was just as helpful. If I ever do have an issue in future will definitely call Aqua Plumbing again."

"Our business lost air conditioning, and Ambient sent a technician out the same day to see if they could get us up and running. Tim, the technician, was diligent in trying to get us running until a solution could be found. Unfortunately, our unit is just too old. Solid service and response time. If ownership chooses to replace the unit, they will be our guys without a doubt. The owner, Bryan, was very upfront on cost and potential solutions as we have a very, very old building. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and polite."

He was able to clean the system, replace the burnt out capacitor (2nd burnout in 2 years) and give solid recommendations for repair vs replacement costs and long term gains. I will continue to use this company for routine maintenance and installation of a better quality unit in the future."

The guy who came was good. The service was not cheap, considering he was there for about 15 minutes. He was personable and very knowledgeable. They are very willing to help me learn the ins and outs of my plumbing system and then to make some recommendations such as a fail safe for the sump pump or things of that nature. My interaction with them was good and the work they did turned out fine; no problem.

"Great service. My former Jiffy repairman, Pete, is no longer doing gas log repair. He assured me the new guy would do just as good a job. He was right. Shaun was wonderful. He cleaned the logs thoroughly, explaining everything he was doing, and gave me good tips on maintenance. He also replaced the non-working remote!! I'd given up hope of that, since our log set is almost 20 years old. We had been lighting the logs manually, which was a pain. Not only that, Shaun noticed that the Piezo igniter was broken, and said he would order the part and come back to reinstall once it arrived. He's a super nice guy too, and keeps a clean workspace and always wears shoe covers, which I really appreciate. I couldn't be happier with Shaun. I'd also like to give a shout out to the scheduler, Stefan, who always let me know in a timely fashion when Shawn was coming, and is very responsive to schedule changes. Many thanks to both guys."

Magnolia's estimator and residential field supervisor, Sam Musser, is also a licensed AC system installer, and with his wealth of knowledge and experience he was able to answer all of my questions concerning the installation. Sam was also very responsive in addressing the few concerns I raised during the installation process, and his installation team was very polite, professional and diligent. This included not only Magnolia's employees, who installed new high efficiency TRANE air handler and condenser units, but also the two licensed subcontractors for the new ductwork and the electrical hook up work."

"Two technicians arrived at least 30 minutes early without calling before the early arrival. This may it necessary for me to rearrange MY schedule. I don't believe I had the maximum number of windows as stated in the Angielist Big Deal so it was agreed the inner or outer glass of my security back door would be washed instead. I do not believe this was done, so I cleaned the interior and exterior security door glass myself. The technicians did a good job of cleaning the windows. I rated the overall service with a "B" because of the unscheduled early arrival and door glass not being cleaned. I would have preferred to rate this service with A- since I have employed the company in the past without any issues."
