"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Tim, the technician, was diligent in trying to get us running until a solution could be found. Unfortunately, our unit is just too old. Solid service and response time. "They replaced the part and adjusted some settings so that the a/c would shut off rather than flood the basement were the condenser to break again. The most noteworthy part of their service was their responsiveness. The auto-shut-off led the outside compressor to malfunction and only blow air rather than cool the house. We called them back, and they came right away and fixed everything for no charge. There should have been no charge, of course, but some companies might have tried anyway. Everything now works perfectly. They have earned our business with their professionalism, ability to diagnose and fix problems and, above all, commitment to customer service. "Great service. My former Jiffy repairman, Pete, is no longer doing gas log repair. He assured me the new guy would do just as good a job. He was right. Shaun was wonderful. He cleaned the logs thoroughly, explaining everything he was doing, and gave me good tips on maintenance. He also replaced the non-working remote!! I'd given up hope of that, since our log set is almost 20 years old. We had been lighting the logs manually, which was a pain. Not only that, Shaun noticed that the Piezo igniter was broken, and said he would order the part and come back to reinstall once it arrived. He's a super nice guy too, and keeps a clean workspace and always wears shoe covers, which I really appreciate. I couldn't be happier with Shaun. I'd also like to give a shout out to the scheduler, Stefan, who always let me know in a timely fashion when Shawn was coming, and is very responsive to schedule changes. Many thanks to both guys."
