"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."

Since I had given them the type of disposal that was currently installed, they brought a replacement with them, so although this was an estimate appointment, they were able to go ahead and install it, which they did. They were very polite and answered my questions.
