He spent over 30 minutes explaining all of the options available to me - where to route the new pipe, what to consider about replacing the water heater, etc. He took the time to answer my questions and get educated. I got other bids, but so glad we went with Gerald and Reddi. He and Brandon were able to knock out our job in less than a day, and there was a lot of work to be done! They worked hard and had great attitudes. We passed our city inspection with flying colors and are so grateful for the Reddi team that made this process a little less painful. "Plumber Scottin McCabe of George Brazil Home Services performed the repairs as listed above. He did a full inspection of the plumbing in my old house and made several recommendations. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. "I would like to start by saying that I have never written a review for ANY company. I'm 42 years old and have had MANY contractors come out to work on my homes, so that should say a lot. We had a blockage in our plumbing (kitchen sink and bathtub). Brad came over and not only did he clear those pipes, he also cleared out our bathroom sink that was plugged FOR NINE YEARS... Yes, NINE YEARS. We have had at least 6 plumbing companies come out. Their suggestions were everything from Don't use the sink - roots have destroyed the lines, to We need to re-plumb - rip out the foundation to replace the pipes. Brad comes in and cleared up the pipes (also pulling out one of the previous plumber's broken snake lines). He also advised us NOT to replace any of the plumbing. I had two other plumber's numbers in my phone saved. Had. Those have been removed. If there are any plumbing needs my family needs, this is who I'm calling."

My wife and I were scheduled to close on the sale of our home on January 14th. We found out a few days before that there was leaking gas line outside. On short notice the support staff make it possible to get the gas leak corrected in a matter of days so that our closing could proceed as scheduled. The individuals who performed the work were thorough and kept me informed as work progressed.
