"Gerald from Reddi came out same-day when we had a gas leak that required our natural gas to be shutoff. He spent over 30 minutes explaining all of the options available to me - where to route the new pipe, what to consider about replacing the water heater, etc. He took the time to answer my questions and get educated. I got other bids, but so glad we went with Gerald and Reddi. He and Brandon were able to knock out our job in less than a day, and there was a lot of work to be done! They worked hard and had great attitudes. We passed our city inspection with flying colors and are so grateful for the Reddi team that made this process a little less painful. Definitely recommend them and Gerald!"

"The three men repaired the leak.  I have not had to have similar work done before, so I don't know how to evaluate the overall quality of the work.  The water leak was solved.  However, there were several things that I did not like about how the workman did the work.  I guess they thought they had me at a weak point, because they did a hard sell to get me to buy a premium plumbing inspection package that they claimed would qualify me for lower price on parts (I do not know whether they did in fact give me the lower price that they promised because the invoice was difficult to read.  To do the bypass of the broken pipe, the workmen had to cut four holes in the drywall.  The holes they cut seemed rougher (and thus more difficult and costly for me to get repaired) than would have been necessary.  One hole needed to be cut in the drywall behind my almost new water heater.  They pressured me into buying a new water heater, saying that it would cost the same to install a new water heater as to putting the existing water heater back after completing the bypass.  I don't think that was actually true.  During the two days that the men were working to bypass the broken pipe, a nice compact pump that I had to inflate my auto tires disappeared from the counter top where I had it stored near my back door.  Also, to test that the bypass had solved the leak, one of the men poured water from a bottle he had been drinking out of into my water line.  That was an unsanitary and I felt disrespectful act. <br />"

"We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! I'm so glad I was working with Phend through this process. First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work. Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times. Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if I'm spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up. To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie. There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. I was thinking they would come and patch up the existing piping but they actually quickly replaced all the faulty piping that was either cracked or detached and replaced it not only with better materials but also a better set-up to make it more secure to avoid future incidents as much as possible. They also gave me such a fair, and honestly great, deal. I expected to pay easily $500 more than I did. They are competitive and fair in their pricing and I will definitely be going with them again for any of my plumbing needs!"
