But, the installer only replaced the outside parts and never replaced the catch basin the installer said they would on the inside. The AC unit works great though! So, overall it was a good experience and a relief to get it done before the summer heat set in for my pregnant wife. They also did a great job helping us with the pricing."

"great!  Mr. Nash is an older gentleman who knows alot about furnaces.  He was very thorough and explained how everything worked.  It would be good to take notes during his assessment, as he gives good advice for running and maintaining your heating system.  Also, Mr. Nash just does a brief report on his receipt, no sophisticated computer generated report with photos.  But he was prompt, personable, professional and an expert on heating systems; just what we needed!  Would hire again.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. It was a really frustrating process and we ended up asking for bids from another five companies without much more luck. We are so glad we contacted Sun Glow. They were the only company (of many, and several Angie's Lists companies) who really showed care and interest in helping us.



They created a bid in less than 24 hours, went out of their way to find us the best possible price and quality, and Kyle from Sun Glow met with me personally to review all the options. it was important to us that we work with a company that takes care of their employees and it is clear that they do based on the customer service we've experienced.



The cost for the project was more than we had anticipated, even though Sun Glow came in with the best quote. We had to wait a few months and Kyle checked in with us regularly. Once we were able to fund the project, Kyle immediately got the install on the books.



The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!

"Overall I would recommend ACT air duct cleaning.  I live in a 1913 colonial and I doubt this has ever been done in this house.  I did some research on the EPAs website on this service and read a lot about it beforehand.  The team arrived on time and answered all of my questions before they got started.  I was glad I educated myself a little bit beforehand so that I knew what to expect and what questions to ask. 
The process and tools ACT uses to do their job is interesting and seems very thorough.  When reading their website I didn't understand that they were going to cut a hole in one of my air ducts.  My husband would have had a fit if they'd done that, so I told them they would have to come up with a work around for that.  They talked with Jared (owner) and then  figured out a work around.  The team was very polite and kept me informed of the process.  I will say that there is some dust associated with this process.  Meaning that you can get some "blowback" from some of the vents.  They went around with a vacume and cleaned up any mess they found from "blowback".  The team cleaned up very well and left my house as they found it.  I have noticed a big difference with the decrease in dust in my house since this service has been performed.  I'm glad I did this. 
I got the Angie's list deal on this service so I thought it was a really good deal.

"He arrived early to evaluate the project. Took samples of the soil and decommissioned the tank after the results were received. My soil was clean so he had to clean out the tank and fill it. I got a certification stating that the oil tank was decommissioned. He left the area clean. No problems at all.

"After many unreturned phone calls, I finally reached someone in the office. They claimed vacation and illness led to their unresponsiveness and being swamped with calls from other deals they had recently offered.  I pursued using the company because I, too, had bought an Angie's deal for window washing and we set up a date that coordinated with my work and business travel. On the scheduled day, I received a phone call  that they had to reschedule; an employee had quit. The office called me back within 90 minutes and rescheduled  for the next day; less convenient for me, but they  juggled other appointments in order to achieve this.
The employee, Jeffrey ,was punctual, accommodating, and very pleasant. He completed the job in a timely manner and his workmanship was good. 
Perhaps this company oversold their deals and was not set up to handle the volume, or they  truly have had some bad luck recently. When they called and canceled, I was prepared to give them an F, but seeing that they tried to adjust, I grade them a B. I'm iffy on whether or not I would deal with them again.
