"I highly recommend Bailey’s! I had an emergency today and I was immediately given a timeframe for today to be seen. Customer service when I call is always top notch. I don’t have to call a lot but when I do I’m always met with professionalism and eagerness to serve. Sean, our technician was amazing! He was patient and very knowledgeable about HVAC and what Bailey’s had to offer. He took his time to explain several things and offered services to better help us. His assistant/coworker was pretty awesome as well. I’d feel like a million bucks if I can get that kind of service everywhere I go. Bailey’s should be proud to have him. He’s definitely an asset!"

"In June of this year, an old (32 yrs. old) self-contained unit decided it was time to retire and communication was lost on the upstairs split system. With a family reunion scheduled within a few days the family at Giesbrecht installed new duct work to the upstairs to supply cool air until the part for the split system was delivered and a new self-contained unit was installed. Although I was an existing customer (2 new units about 6 yrs ago), this type of customer service was over and beyond any expectations. The amount of people and communication from the office to support all the work that was involved was outstanding. There were many people at Giesbrecht, on the ground and at the office, that supported these activities that were necessary to complete all of the work involved. I highly recommend Giesbrecht HVAC to anyone that expects outstanding service and commitment. There are way too many people involved there to personally thank, so thanks to everyone at Giesbrecht HVAC for an exceptionally job well done"

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

Mr Thomaston responded to my request for help quickly, set up a diagnostic appointment, presented 2 estimates (repair or replace). I selected the repair and as soon as the parts were received, my AC was fixed the next day. His estimate was not only less than half of that from my homeowner's policy, but the actual final bill was half of his estimate. I am so pleased that his business is so highly recommended on Home Advisor and now I see why. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a professional and fair service provider."
