Dan got his crew right on top of things and helped us get a brand new system put in on the coldest day of the year. On top of that, he helped out by making it more affordable and doing it in phases so it was financially easier on us to get it all replaced and installed. We now have the whole system installed and I couldn't be happier with all the great customer service and quick installation of the system. He even called to check on the system after installation of the heater about 6 weeks later. When the company's name is Dad's you can only hope you are treated like family and Dan was very honest up front and fair about everything from beginning to end. He made sure my family was safe and comfortable just like a dad would do. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them."

"Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."

"I want to thank Dre for taking the time to do a thorough AC inspection today, in conjunction with JJ Hall. Dre was called in to make absolutely sure we had no leaks in our system. While he was here, he did discover some black mold (my words) in the area of the evaporator coil, and was able to recommend a UV light to rectify the problem. We have an air purifier installed in the system before the air reaches the furnace and coil, and have had our ductwork cleaned fairly recently, but my allergies haven't improved. Dre's recommendation is that the UV light will treat the air (and all particles in the area) AFTER passing through the furnace, and will get rid of the mold. We're having it installed next month, and I'm hopeful that my sinuses will be happy. Thank you, Dre, for your excellent detective work and discovering the source of the problem! We appreciate you!"
