"I had a fairly simple task to add a quick connect coupler to my home is natural gas line. The goal was to power a portable generator during power outages. I was concerned that the task was small enough that no real professionals would take it on. Tradeworks NW responded super fast. Like, within minutes. Seriously. Within hours I had a schedule for someone to stop by, assess the situation and give me an estimate. For fear of this sounding like a paid endorsement (this most defiantly isn't), they were fantastic. "They messed around for about 2 hours and final tried to snake the pipe off the kitchen drain. There was an obvious blockage so bad that the snake couldn't budge it. (so they said). They said that I needed to replace the pipes to the tune of $4800.00. They then handed me a bill for $400 for services rendered. They left and I now have a larger problem than when first they arrived. Appears that when they put the snake down, it interrupted the clog and now beside water, I have this black smelly flakes coming up the drains in my sinks. I called the company the next day and asked to speak to Zack (their plumber). I wanted to ask him for a price to just replace a section of the pipe. Well, he never returned my call. I assumed that Innovative did not want my business. I would not call them for help again. My pipes are being replaced as I speak. Oh, this plumber is charging one third of their bid. So take this review and really consider it before you hire them."

"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."
