"Best customer service and communication I have ever had with a business. Phil was able to provide a comparable estimate over the phone while 2 other companies had to come out to see the job. The reason I choose Columbus gas pro over 2 other companies is Phil explained the testing procedure he would do to ensure long term pipe integrity. The other 2 companies said they would just "soap" the joints out. The install went perfectly and Phil kept me involved during the install. I doubt I will ever need another gas line installed but I am very happy to have done business with Columbus Gas Pro!!!"

He gave me a very good deal on replacing it and even replacing the pipes to get me up to code. He offered to do the work that very day, but we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Got it done on Monday, and im very pleased with the new hot water tank and work that he did. This guy is very professional, really nice and guaranteed his work.
