Dana and his team did an amazing and quick (single day) job of swapping out my old 2 ton and 4 ton ACs, furnaces and some additional duct work. His price was the best I encountered by far, which honestly gave me pause, but fear not... you are in good hands. DT is a member of the Oncor Efficiency Incentive program which provides incentives to encourage upgrading to higher efficiency units - a portion of this rebate gets passed onto you which helps with the price (along with Carrier rebates). The installation job looks fantastic including support bars, not just straps, to insure the furnaces do not sag over time. As the electronic variable speed motors on these higher efficiency units are expensive to replace, I would recommend surge suppressors on inside and outside units. They are cheap and provide a little peace of mind since surges are not covered by manufacturer warranties."
